修復瑜伽 RESTORATIVE YOGA
修復瑜伽為緩慢且溫和的療癒冥想性練習,能深度釋放身體緊繃感及舒緩內心情緒壓力。整堂課將以坐,臥或躺姿的方式並配合許多的瑜伽輔具支撐找到能完全放鬆的舒適狀態,安靜於動作中停留5 ~15分鐘,持續覺察深長呼吸啟動副交感神經,過程中留意身心感知並重新找回內在的平靜。
適合族群:各年齡層及所有程度的練習者。
Suitable for everyone at all levels.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic, and meditative form of practice at a slow pace. Each pose is expected for longer hold anywhere from 5~15 minutes all with the use of props for support. Practitioners are encouraged to relax fully into poses while focusing on deep breathing. This will activate the parasympathetic nervous system which helps the body rest, heal, and restore balance.
